St Barnabas hosts Habitat for Humanity benefit July 8
St. Barnabas Episcopal Church will host an annual Habitat for Humanity benefit concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 8. Admission is free; we will take up a free-will offering for Habitat at the church, located at 10345 Montgomery Road in Montgomery. Please save the date.
Our organist at St. Barnabas, Michael Chertock, has invited these musicians to perform with him:
St. Barnabas singers/ parishioners Thomas Hammons and Kara Shay Thomson; Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra violinists Kathryn Woolley and Charles Morey, and the local singing group the Sound of Joy Choir, led by director Dr. Aik Khai Pung of the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.
They will perform music including pieces by Leonard Bernstein, Henry Mancini, and Camille Saint-Saens.
