Local fans will have an opportunity to hear the Cincinnati Choral Society (CCS), one of the greater Cincinnati area’s premier auditioned choirs, at two locations for their upcoming December 2016 concerts. The centerpiece of the concerts will be “Carols and Lullabies” (Christmas in the Southwest) arranged by Conrad Susa for chorus, harp, guitar, and marimba.  This outstanding collection brings together ten of the most beautiful carols of the Spanish-speaking world. The concert also features well-known carols, including an audience sing-a-long.

The 40 voice auditioned chorus, under the direction of Philip Clary, will collaborate with the Cincinnati Collaborative Ringing Project under the leadership of Ms. Lissa Ray, Adjunct Faculty, Handbell Ensemble – Music Department Xavier University.
